Most current version of WinDOT, The Pipeline Safety Encyclopedia is released.

New modules added to this release:

History of the Regulations – Gas and History of the Regulations – Liquid

The WinDOT Regulations History was developed to enable users to determine what the requirements of the pipeline safety regulations were on any particular date.

Now, instead of trying to determine what was added or deleted by various amendments, users can quickly find and view the complete text of the regulations after each change.  Design, operation, and maintenance requirements have changed over time, and it is critical to understand what regulations were in effect at various stages of a pipeline’s operating history. ASME B31Q-2006 Pipeline Personnel Qualification - 2006

This standard offers guidance and examples to help operators comply with various requirements of the 49 CFR 192 and 195 Operator Qualification regulations.  This standard covers processes and procedures for developing an Operator Qualification Plan, identifying Covered Tasks, Abnormal Operating Conditions, Training, Evaluation and much more.  It is an invaluable reference standard for every pipeline operator.

Coast Guard Regulations
